We ship primarily with FedEx from our Silverdale, Washington bakery to all 50 states, which means we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  We can ship to U.S. Territories using the United States Postal Service, but we do not offer international shipping at this time.  Our goal is to ship orders within 2 to 5 business days, but order processing times will be longer during busy holiday periods.  Our products are securely packaged to minimize damages.

Transit times vary depending upon destination.  An email with tracking information will be when your package is scheduled for pick-up.  The following map provides information on shipment transit times from our bakery.

Wholesale shipping rates are calculated based on actual package weight and destination.  Shipping cost displayed at check-out is an inflated estimate.  The actual shipping charge will be equal to or less than the estimate.

Our products ship in one of three size boxes and the number of trays per box is indicated below:

Small Box - Up to 7 flat trays or 6 boxed treats.
Medium Box - Up to 12 flat trays or 10 boxed treats.
Large Box - Up to 19 flat trays or 14 boxed treats.
(Cannoli, Doughnuts, Party Packs and Puppycake boxed treats are 2.5 times taller than flat trays)

14 oz / 1 lb Pouches - up to 32 pouches per shipping box.

Individually Wrapped - up to 24 boxes per shipping box.

Our decorative coatings achieve their melting point at approximately 100 degrees.  While we do guarantee our treats will arrive unbroken, we cannot guarantee any decorated treat to arrive unmelted when temperatures exceed 85 degrees, unless shipping is accomplished with frozen gel packs.  Shipping with frozen gel packs is available as an additional service during checkout.

Retail shipping cost is a flat rate of $15 to the continental United States for any order that fits in a single box via FedEx Ground.  Retail orders will receive free shipping when their merchandise total exceeds $100 (FedEx Ground service only) .  Residents of Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping costs, via the most economical method.
