About the Baskets





Each of our old-fashioned baskets is handcrafted one at a time, by hand from one of the North West's prized hardwoods. Myrtlewood grows only in two regions of the world, Oregon and Israel. The wood is fine grained, which makes it tough and durable; the color varies from a satiny gray to a combination of red, yellow and brown. The bale style handles are made with solid copper wire and turned wood grips.
